Premiile Saturn 2021: Lista câștigătorilor, în frunte cu Star Wars: Skywalker – Ascensiunea

Cea de-a 46-a ediție anuală a Premiilor Saturn, decernate de către Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror Films, filmelor de un anumit gen artistic (SF, fantasy și horror), a avut loc marți seara, la Los Angeles.

Cel mai bun film științifico-fantastic Star Wars: Skywalker – Ascensiunea (The Rise Of Skywalker) a fost unul dintre numeroasele filme din sezonul de premii de anul trecut care au fost incluse în acest an, după ce perioada de eligibilitate a fost extinsă: 15 iulie 2019-15 noiembrie 2020 și a acceptat și participanți de pe platformele de streaming și VOD, la categoriile de filme.

Printre filmele multi-premiate se numără: thrillerul Lionsgate al lui Rian Johnson La cuțite (Knives Out), A fost odată… la Hollywood (Once Upon A Time… in Hollywood) al lui Quentin Tarantino…, de la Sony, Omul invizibil (The Invisible Man) filmul regizat de Leigh Whannell de la Universal/Blumhouse, filmul Disney live action Mulan și Star Trek: Discovery al companiei CBS All Access. John David Washington a fost desemnat cel mai bun actor pentru filmul lui Christopher Nolan, Tenet, în timp ce Elisabeth Moss a câștigat premiul pentru cea mai bună actriță, pentru Omul invizibil.
